california poppies, cardamom, catnip, cats claw, chamomile flowers, celery seed, comfrey root, damiana leaf, elderflowers, goji berry, gotu kola, hawthorn leaf and berry, hibiscus flower, holy basil, hops, lavender, lemon balm, lemon peel, licorice root, linden leaf and flower, mugwort, oatstraw, orange peel, passion flower, raspberry leaf, rose hips, rosemary, spearmint leaf, st johns wort, stevia, valerian.

This tea is naturally caffeine free.

This is how I like to drink this tea. I treat my bedtime routine as a sacred time.  One hour before bed, I make a cup of tea and started getting ready:  brush and wash and then get into my most comfy pj's.  I typically finish this cup as I get ready, then I make a second cup out of the same tea leaves, and take it to bed.  NO TV, NO digital screens. Take this time to journal three grateful things that happened in your day and/or dreams you have for tomorrow.  Sip about 1/2 of this tea in this process.  Now take a deep breath,close your eyes and go sleep.  If you are like me I may visit the restroom during the night, as that time I finish the cold tea in my cup and fall back into a slumber.  Waking up refreshed and joyful.  Good Luck!
